Newlin Construction Company, LLC offers an SMS (text message) program to support project communication and jobsite coordination. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Newlin, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
Newlin sends text messages to clients, subcontractors, and project partners for the purpose of coordinating construction work. Messages may include project updates, scheduling information, jobsite questions and updates, and related operational communication. This is not a marketing program.
How You Consent to Receive Messages
Consent to receive text messages from Newlin is obtained directly from each recipient. When a phone number is added to a project, the recipient receives an initial message identifying Newlin Construction Company and asking them to confirm that they agree to receive text messages. The first message identifies Newlin Construction Company and informs the recipient they can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or service.

Opt-Out
